Custom analyses created with the Analyze QIAseq Samples tool in versions 23.x and earlier are no longer supported from version 24 onwards. The tool Convert Legacy QIAseq Custom Analyses helps converting custom analyses by creating custom sets and/or pre-configured workflow copies.
