In the IPA desktop app, you can rapidly interrogate any pathway or network to discover relevant entities that may causally impact (or are impacted by) molecules on the pathway or network. This enables you to explore and generate hypotheses much faster than ever before in IPA. For example, you could discover upstream chemical inhibitors of a pathway of interest, find pathways that are likely inhibited by the activation of another, or explore how upstream drivers can lead to downstream outcomes.
